Overcoming the challenges
Speaking at the 66th edition of his monthly radio programme ‘Mann Ki Baat’ Prime Minister Modi said, “There could be any number of challenges but our history shows that we have always overcome them. We have emerged stronger after challenges.Problems and challenges come but should we consider 2020 as bad? I don’t think so. No matter how many challenges come in a year, the year does not turn bad,” Modi said.
A sacrifice worth worshipping
Conveying condolences to the kin of Army personnel who lost their lives in the Galwan valley clash, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday said that the sacrifice of these families is “worth worshipping”. The Prime Minister further said that India bows to the brave martyrs and their valour will always be remembered.
Gave befitting reply to China
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday said that India has given a befitting reply to the Chinese transgression in Ladakh and the world has seen India’s commitment in safeguarding it’s borders. India honours the spirit of friendship and is also capable of giving an appropriate response to any adversary, without shying away, Modi said without naming China.
‘Vocal for local’, ‘Made in India’
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday reiterated his appeal to citizens for buying ‘Made in India’ products and said that if people buy local products and become ‘vocal for local’ then they are playing a role in strengthening the country.
Be more careful in Unlock period
Speaking about the coronavirus pandemic, which continues to spread across the country, Modi asked people to be more careful during the ‘unlock’ period, and said if they do not wear masks and fail to maintain social distancing, they will harm themselves and others.
